It seems that some people have lost hope due to the recent price drop. However, I personally see @prlxchain as a solid Store of Value. Even amidst such a significant price decline, Parallax has a very strong group of holders who are not selling.

​What is needed right now is for new people to discover this project. Many are still unaware of #Parallax, but if they knew about it, I believe a lot of people would buy some and hold it as a Store of Value.

网络节点构成分析： 分析了 8012 个矿池节点，发现虽然这些节点的硬���都具备运行 AI 推理的能力，但主流的挖矿软件代码中根本没有任何 AI 推理的代码路径，完全基于随机种子生成矩阵。

主网真实挖矿测试： 作者在 Pearl 主网上运行了仅做随机矩阵乘法的挖矿软件，成功获得了矿池的认可，并获得了真实的 PRL 代币奖励。

统计学与对抗性逃避： 协议层面无法通过简单的统计学来封堵漏洞。虽然均匀的随机矩阵在统计特征（如峰度）上与真实的神经网络权重不同，但矿工可以零成本地使用“对抗性高斯采样”来伪造出符合特征的随机矩阵，轻松绕过检查。

经济学驱动因素： 在当前的代币价格下，Pearl 挖矿只有在廉价的低端 GPU 上才勉强��利，在高端数据中心 GPU 上甚至是亏本的。如果执行真实的 AI 推理，会带来 10%-30% 的算力损耗，因此矿工在经济利益的驱使下必然会放弃真实的 AI 负载，转而只做毫无意义的矩阵运算。

跨平台硬件验证（打破厂商锁定）： 作者开发了首个跨平台开源矿机，证明这种挖矿算法只是普通的整数运算，不仅能在英伟达 GPU 上运行，也能在 AMD GPU、普通 CPU 甚至 Apple M2 芯片上运行，打破了挖矿必须依赖英伟达专用 AI 硬件的假设。

对 AI 研究社区的负面影响（资源挤占） 论文强调，Pearl 这种挂羊头卖狗肉的模式对真正的 AI 开发者造成了实质性的伤害。挖矿软件发布后短短两周内，导致去中心化平台（如 https://t.co/L4XsqvEsKs）上的廉价 GPU ��赁价格飙升了 38%，GPU 利用率从 57% 飙升至 94%。这不仅没有像宣传的那样为 AI 行业提供算力，反而挤占了科研人员所需的硬件资源，估计每年给研究社区带来了约 60 万美元的额外成本损失。

结论与建议 论文得出结论，这种“实用性鸿沟”在基于哈希的协议底层是无法修复的，因为哈希函数本身无法识别输入数据的现实语义。

作者呼吁：
项目方在营销时应当诚实，明确区分协议是“强制要求实用性”（如 Filecoin）还是仅仅“允许实用性”（如 Pearl）。”
