🌳 TIP 8 has been executed.
Following community approval, 16,000+ ETH has been deployed into @ether_fi using a portion of post-strategy capital.
This seeks to enhance Market Efficiency Yield (MEY) while maintaining existing safeguards and strategy parameters.
1/ Predictable pricing is what lets capital lend and borrow at scale. Onchain ETH credit has rarely had it.
KPK ETH Yield Term, live on @eulerfinance, brings a fixed, benchmark-set rate to ETH lending.
It's been a while since global sentiment towards crypto has been that bad.
I said this many times, we're not in 2021/22 end of cycle because this time no SBF/Celsius/Luna. We're in 2018, a slowand lingering despair of "we're not cool anymore" mostly solely due to price not going up.
Back then, when the tourists left, the builders delivered MakerDAO, Compound, SNX, EthLend (Aave) and more with mostly apathetic reception.
It's an exciting time to focus and deliver even if the market will be ungrateful for a while.
🌳 TIP 8: Open for Voting
This TIP proposes integrating $weETH into the $tETH strategy by allocating a portion of the post-strategy $wstETH balance to enhance yield efficiency, improve capital utilization, and diversify staking exposure.

I have never been more bullish on crypto.
Because the rules-based order is collapsing and the code-based order is rising. So the short term price doesn’t matter.
As international law breaks down, we will need not just onchain currencies, but onchain companies. As the post-war order breaks down, we’ll similarly need the post-internet order. States will fail, and the network will take their place.
We need internet capitalism, we need internet democracy, and we need internet privacy. So we need cryptocurrency.
Vault migration:
Upshift will be migrating the current Treehouse Growth vault to the v2 multi-asset vault standard, upgrading the underlying architecture.
The v2 codebase is active for multiple Upshift vaults since Q4 2025, and is audited.
Timeline
• Friday 6th Feburary: Deposits & withdrawals paused to enable a snapshot of users.
• On or before Friday, 13 February: Users will be airdropped the new vault receipt token, and deposits and withdrawals will reopen.
User positions will be migrated 1:1. No action is required.
Funds remain secure throughout the process.
HyperCore will support outcome trading (HIP-4). Outcomes are fully collateralized contracts that settle within a fixed range. They are a general-purpose primitive that are useful for applications such as prediction markets and bounded options-like instruments. There has been extensive user demand in both of these areas, and builders will likely think of novel applications as well.
Outcomes bring non-linearity, dated contracts, and an alternative form of derivative trading that does not involve leverage or liquidations. The outcome primitive expands the expressivity of HyperCore, while composing with other primitives such as portfolio margin and the HyperEVM.
Outcomes are a work in progress and currently only being tested on testnet. Canonical markets based on objective settlement sources will be deployed once technical development is complete. Canonical markets will be denominated in USDH. Pending user feedback, the infrastructure will be extended to permissionless deployment.
