I don't know if you've become too insulated as the CEO and your mid-level managers too comfortable in their roles to advise you on the degraded state of Cloudflare's failing support team. But, I thought you needed to know and hope it can be improved.
@eastdakota@Cloudflare I've been a long-time customer (since 2012) and you even sent me a Cloudflare cape. Sadly, the past few years the abysmal customer support is making me reconsider my loyalty. I've even been testing Enterprise account and I don't think it's worth keeping.
I miss the days when your support requests were handled with care. You would get a quick response from Damien. Your problems were actively debugged by someone with expertise on Cloudflare infra and a genuine desire to help. Now, even an Enterprise plan waits eons for any help.

@F1Help Error code "TM403" isn't listed on their error codes page. I suspect someone pushed a bad firewall rule and it's been blocking everyone (hence, the "403" code). And now it's a waiting game for it to back off and release it's block against everyone.
