the holes are finally holes

i pushed the SwiftUI + Metal boarding pass a little further:

• the perforation is now cut through the card, not drawn on
• each route location is cut from its real outline
• every cut edge catches the same moving light
• the gold light now sweeps across the card as it opens and closes

the location cutouts are probably my favorite part, especially the tiny tabs keeping them attached
