@HedgieMarkets @OVTweetmarck I'm not sure I follow your point. Isn't the debt senior to equity? So it would take a much larger loss before credit is hit, compared to equity. Sure, some small companies will be wiped completely out, but I have a hard time seeing all equity being wiped off of these big players.

@MegLister @gitcoin As I see it the only 'real' way you could do this is through retroactive funding. If you simply use future gitcoin rounds as a signal then you miss the point that possibly there is no need for further funding. Thereby a succesful project could be seen as a failure. Other ideas?

How I take use Funding Rates on Altcoins to my advantage:

- If rate > 0.25% , then there's a lot of attention on it

- If volume traded is VERY close to BTC's volume, then that coin has abnormally high attention on it

If both are true then that's when I step on the gas
