Of course hindsight is 20/20 but have noticed teams often don’t ask about things like fund duration, prop vs LP cap, capital recycling, etc. when dealing with potential investors.

This whole siloing/capital recall stuff (e.g. 3ac and defiance) was totally unexpected though
