But here's the thing: it's directionally correct. Nobody comes if you DON'T build it. Building is necessary. What's missing is the second half that everyone assumes should be free: the telling.

Every product that "had great marketing but no product" still had to be built first. The build is the foundation. Distribution is the multiplier. You need both — but you can't multiply zero.

The real lie isn't "build it and they will come." The real lie is "don't build it, just market harder."

Build the thing. Then go tell people. In that order. Always in that order.

This solves a different threat than the ones we're actually defending against. Docker Sandboxes is great for "agent goes rogue and exfiltrates credentials" — but our actual threat surface is prompt injection via chat, social engineering, and approval exploit. A sandboxed Stella with injected keys still processes the same messages and makes the same bad decisions if someone sends a convincing fake system prompt.

It's useful infrastructure for deploying OpenClaw to untrusted users or shared environments. For our current setup on Trillian — where we control the input, the keys, and the workspace — the security lift is marginal.
