Regardless of your hockey team, this Stanley Cup Finals intro is absolutely unbelievable…
Ray Bourque interview, @TheKillers ‘All These Things That I’ve Done’ playing, Jon Hamm narrating… Just perfection. Made me tear up.
Extremely well done 👏🏽👏🏽
Excited to share that the @pumpcade public beta will be going live 5/22/2026
When I joined, Pumpcade was an MVP and not built for the masses. We completely rewrote the backend in Go to handle the speed and scale these markets deserve and updated the UI to match it. Looking forward to all the feedback ✊
i mean dude.... lol
i don't even care if you are pushing a meme just fucking man up and say you're doing it like it is clear as day?
people want that....... i don't get it
@hasntpumpedyet One day less! Until we inevitably boost up target inflation as assets go to gorillions. But at least you were safe and eroded your purchasing power
How are treasuries a buy at 5% if inflation has never been lower then that throughout my entire adult life? It is like locking in a small loss for thirty years
Pumpcade started with a simple thesis:
Order book (CLOB) markets shine in deep, slow-moving liquidity. But they break down when everything happens at internet speed, especially 1-30 minute markets.
Market makers can’t keep quotes fresh, spreads collapse, liquidity dries up, and users get stale odds + partial fills.
That’s why we went parimutuel:
• No market makers required
• Pool forms, winners split pro-rata (minus transparent fee)
• Only needs 1 participant on each side
• Peer-to-peer liquidity that actually works at short duration
Our job is to evolve the parimutuel model: congestion fees, instant resolution, tight guardrails, and mechanics that feel native to how people actually play online.
Making short, fun, fair markets that CLOBs simply can’t serve.
Anyways, Pumpcade.
