Today, Philippine crypto will be remembered in two new phases: pre-CASP and post-CASP.

At @bitpinas, we just completed four dedicated webcasts unpacking the SEC’s final CASP rules, we spoke with lawyers, creators, and ecosystem players to understand what these regulations mean for all of us

I’ve sent direct inquiries to the SEC so the community can be clarified on what’s vague and surface what's clear, as well as communicated their position on the subject, including explaining the rules in laymanize terms whenever possible.

"It (SEC CASP rules) was scary at first but once you read it deeper, I realized I don't have anything to worry"

We held the 4th @bitpinas webcast and this time, we discussed with well-meaning creators and influencers what the impact of the final crypto rules from the SEC are to them.

Everyone was on the same page that, atleast on the issue about the creators creating content around crypto (we did not discuss other aspects of the rules), there's actually nothing to worry especially if you've been doing the right things all along.

If you don't shill rug pulls,
if you do your due diligence,
if your content has always been grounded in education and transparency,

then you're not the target of these rules.
