A packed room and a lot of great ideas and question at @0xPolygon meetup in Nairobi. ๐ค
These are the initial results of our effort to bring Polygon and Ethereum to developing countries, to people who can truly benefit from this tech. As always, we are just getting started! ๐ฅ
Great fireside meet-up today from Nairobi with the @0xPolygon co-founders @MihailoBjelic and @sandeepnailwal.
The Kenyan community is on ๐ฅ!
Our Next 2 Billions Initiative for Africa is crystallizing. Reach out Polygon to build on top. #N2B
Tomorrow at 7 p.m. local time, Polygon is hosting a meetup in Nairobi. Feel free to join this kickoff of the Next 2 Billion initiative bringing blockchain technology to Africa.
I'm very excited to present next Thursday at "Polygon zk day" PIL (Polynomial Identity Language). The language we in @0xPolygonHermez created to define the state machines used in the zkEVM prover. People interested can register here: https://t.co/AsZSXmrNMf
Join @0xPolygonEnterp tomorrow at 10:15 in the #Blockchance Albert stage to collaborate on bringing blockchain to real use cases and onboard the Next 2 Billion users #N2B
This is one of the @0xPolygon initiatives I'm proud of. ๐
The goal is to educate African devs and users and onboard them to Polygon/Ethereum. We're looking to expand the initiative to other developing regions.
These people will benefit the most from Web3, lets welcome them! ๐ค

Polygon SDK is based on Ethereum, so it can trivially incorporate any scaling or infrastructure solution from the Ethereum ecosystem and (ii) we fully adopt Ethereumโs ethos of open innovation and have designed Polygon SDK with this in mind.
It is inherently more secure. Polygon SDK chains can use Ethereum, the most secure and battle-tested programmable blockchain. It is more open and powerful, primarily in terms of the types of architecture it can support.
It is able to fully benefit from Ethereumโs network effects. Polygon SDK is based on the Ethereum stack and is built as an integral part of the Ethereum ecosystem.
Public-private blockchain includes benefits of both the openness of a public blockchain and confidentiality of a private blockchain by limiting the access to join a network.
M-setu is a bridge between public and private blockchain within the Ethereum ecosystem as part of the PoC between Infosys and Polygon.
M-setu is a solution that allows any company to maintain a layer of privacy along with public verifiability of the transactions.
