Theres a huge issue in crypto & emerging tech

its really tough to find high quality people amongst all the grifters, scammers & hackers.

Almost every telegram or discord you join is INFESTED with people trying to scam you.

We believe that the worlds best talent are STILL here to find, they just don't want to waste their time in low-signal groups where they have to turn off the ability for people to message them.

Nobody wants to be on high alert every time they meet some new name on the internet.

So, I've spent the last 6 years curating & filtering the best people i've met.

Each time we have grown our communities, we have also culled / removed 70-80% of them at each new milestone based on our trust & contribution scores.

If they are simply lurking & have never introduced themselves? - Gone

if they have sent unsolicited pitches into peoples DM's? - Gone

if they can't be verified as real people in the first place? - They never got in

if they never contribute to the growth of others? - gone

if they are ALWAYS asking for things but never giving? - gone

if they talk a lot but never ship? - gone

if they complain about the same things over and over but never make any changes? - gone

all it takes is 1 bad apple to spoil the bunch

its our job to be farmers with extreme attention to detail & pay close attention to what is happening. Remove the weeds, ensure the right water + light + nutrients are available for your growth

& the magic takes care of itself.

It’s over. Anthropic just banned OpenClaw.

Uncensored thoughts:

1. Massive mistake that will come back to bite them

2. Open source needs to win. If you have a local model running on your Mac mini, no corporation will ever be able to ban you

3. ChatGPT 5.4 is the best model. But it sucks compared to opus in OpenClaw. I will continue to pay for Anthropic api

4. I have no doubt the next OpenAI model will be optimized for Openclaw and be excellent

5. In 6 months the local models will be as good as opus 4.6 and all of this will be forgotten

6. It’s feels like from a consumer sentiment perspective things have flipped for OpenAI and Anthropic. They were the darlings when Opus 4.5 came out

7. Going to the Kanye concert right now please don’t spoil the stage or set list in the replies

8. The best openclaw set up is now Opus as the orchestrator, then much cheaper models as the execution layer. If you do this properly you won’t be paying much more than $200 a month. I’m using Gemma 4 and Qwen 3.5 for execution on my DGX Spark and Mac Studio
