@GrabMY my lost item case (Ticket: CAS-100037047135) has had no update for days. I’ve contacted support via app and email but no response. Can someone please follow up urgently before my lost item lost tracking?
@GrabMY Since your side have done the necessary, may i have a clear update about (1) whether the driver has been contacted, (2) whether the driver account is restricted, and (3) the expected deadline for resolution.
@GrabMY Do the team take the case seriously? Why so hard to provide the expected time if do so? And just asking me assured they are working on it, there is been past 2 days and only reply me to waiting for the update. They is the standard way grab to treat their loyal customer?
@GrabMY May I have a clear timeline or deadline when the investigation will be complete? Time is matter, the longer time drag the case, lesser chance i get back my item.
@GrabMY Yes, he can move around use their vehicle but the behaviour look like he still actively receiving e-hailing job. Can help to check either is truly restricted or not? Btw, i had reported police for my case and hopefully can speeding up action time.
@GrabMY The argent in app say will restrict the driver account in order to get feedback from driver but base on the monitor from location in “find my” app it still moving around and get active as usual, which mean he still active every no response to the call right?
@GrabMY may i know how can i complain you driver? Your driver is so rude to my family and rejected our ride because we are 4? And the most important thing is he almost hit me!!! Is it unprofessional and dangerous drive is the standard of grab driver?
