For the past few months, I wasn't lazy.
I was trapped in a fantasy.
Every day I told myself:
"I'll start when I have more time."
"I'll do it properly when I'm ready."
"I need the perfect plan first."
Meanwhile, I spent more time thinking about building than actually building.
I'd see creators making great content having a real cool life
I'd see founders building billion-dollar companies and imagine being one of them.
I'd see people shipping cool AI products and imagine what mine could become.
But imagination without action became entertainment.
I had 10 goals in my head and 0 clear next steps in reality.
Eventually the noise became so loud that one day I just sat in my room doing nothing.
Not working.
Not building.
Just thinking.
That's when I realized:
Overthinking isn't harmless.
It's procrastination wearing the clothes of productivity.
So here's the new rule:
No more waiting for the perfect version of me.
I'm going to ship imperfect things.
Post before I'm ready.
Build before I'm confident.
Learn in public.
Document the journey.
Because I'd rather be embarrassed by action than comforted by potential.
Thinkers imagine who they could become.
Doers become who they imagined.
Life after graduation.
I graduated last year.
Like many others, I landed an on-campus 10LPA job right after college. On paper, everything looked good.
But deep inside, I wasn’t fully satisfied.
I felt like I wanted more.
More than just doing a job.
I wanted to build something of my own.
So alongside my job, I started building cool products on the side.
I began experimenting with ideas, shipping projects, learning new things, and most importantly — sharing everything publicly.
I also continued participating in hackathons.
That changed a lot for me.
One particular hackathon gave me visibility to US startup working on similar problems.
They noticed the work.
They liked what I was building.
That eventually opened new opportunities for me.
landed a Well payed Remote Offer
That journey taught me something important:
The internet rewards people who build and share.
Not just builders.
Not just learners.
Builders who share.
From now on, I’m planning to spend time consistently sharing what I’m learning, building, and discovering along the way.
The wins.
The failures.
The lessons.
The process.
Hopefully something from my journey helps someone else.
Happy to have you here.
Excited to be part of your journey too 🚀
Life after 21 feels strange.
Most people don’t actually know what they want.
We just pick a path because we’re scared of falling behind.
Get a job.
Wait for promotions.
Wait for salary credits.
Repeat every month.
Running 24/7 trying to escape the middle-class cycle.
Working in fear of layoffs.
Working hard all week just to rest for 2 days.
And somewhere in between, people forget to ask:
“What is all this for?”
Maybe the goal isn’t just survival.
Maybe it’s building a life where you actually feel free.
