- played too defensively at times where i needed to be offensive
- was stubborn with one of my trade ideas (which prolly started the tilt) and refused to close until i was in heavy drawdown
- impatience in a low volume market

luckily ive never been one to wallow in self pity so just making this post as a memento. tomorrow is a new day
