It’s been a year since @AbstractChain was announced. 🎉✳️

Pretty crazy journey.

For me, it all started when I discovered the project thanks to @smoltalk.
→ Huge shoutout to the team: they onboarded me on Abstract early, and honestly taught me most of what I know about crypto when I started. A must if you're even slightly into the space.

That led to building the culture in the Discord, vibing with fellow French (and more) trenchers, trying to win art / meme / banner / poker… whatever tourneys came up.
→ It was a lot of fun, and allowed me to discover talented people. I love it when I see names from that time being still active and impactful on Abstract.

Then came my fav web3 adventure: the @OzyAbstract experiment with my friend @KeTalLoko.
(no doubt the best human I met in crypto)
That was our way to give something meaningful and fun to the community, and add to the culture.
→ The mint-out moment, the emulation, the hype, the fun: one of my best memories on Abstract.
Also the moment I tried web3 dev for the first time (couldn’t have done it without the goat @RpGmAx, thanks a lot🙏).

Then out of nowhere: the $PENGU airdrop.
Gigachad allocation.
Biggest amount of crypto I ever received / held.
And it came like 2 months after I got all my wallets drained : $PENGU is pretty much what allowed me to keep grinding web3.
→ Big thanks to @ika_xbt for the advice & support during that time, it meant a lot.

Next thing you know, it’s mainnet launch.
The portal, the featured dapps, the streams, the XP tab… eyes everywhere on Abstract.

And now here we are.
Vibing daily in an ecosystem that already has some insane projects, with new ones dropping all the time.
Still surrounded by the friends made along the way.

Best part? This is just the beginning.

CT loves to define a project’s value by its TGE success.
But here, we should aim higher and further.
Web3 still hasn’t found its consumer-fit product.
TGE or not, Abstract is leading that race and it’s still time to be part of this revolution. 🚀
