Zama’s relayer is what will make FHE apps possible soon.
When you use an app built on Zama, the contract doesn’t see your raw numbers, it only sees encrypted inputs.
But you can’t just type those in yourself, @zama_fhe built the relayer to do the heavy lifting.

Right now, the relayer runs as a hosted service, which is fine for testing but sometimes unstable. The future is clear though. Encryption will happen directly in your browser through a lightweight SDK, or with self-hosted relayers running for production apps.

That’s when confidential DeFi, private DAOs, and secure onchain AI will feel seamless.

The relayer isn’t just a helper. It’s the bridge between everyday Web3 users and the new era of privacy.
