I'd have gotten screwed over if I only took notes with ChatGPT today. Thank god I had turned on wisprflow notetaker as a backup.

Before anyone says "oh it's because it is in beta" well that doesn't mean that the product should "NOT WORK" at all. Few bugs are alright but this is insane. It still says "taking notes" whereby it's assigning "you" and "others" to the transcript. Meeting got over like half an hour ago. Wisprflow had the transcript + the summary ready to go in 10 seconds.

Extremely unacceptable tbh. Even the transcript it has recorded is glitching out and showing parts of transcript.

My notes section is basically empty on chatgpt besides the few notes I had kept for myself to guide the call. It was 2.5 hours long. Thank god I used wisprflow in the background

AI note takers that allow people to write their own notes while the AI is doing note-taking should also expose the personal thoughts section through the plugin or the MCP. That way, I can keep my notes or to-be-discussed items parked in there, which makes it very easy to control the call once it's live.
