Come and get educated guys.
A role of a project ambassador
1. represent the product
- be the face of the brand in public.
- show how you actually use the product.
- share updates, wins, and new features.
2. build community
- answer questions and guide new users.
- host spaces, amas, and threads.
- connect the team to the community and the community to the team.
3. give honest feedback
- collect user complaints and bugs.
- pass real feedback to the team.
- help the product improve, not just hype it.
4. educate, not attack
- teach people how to use the product right.
- clear fud with facts, not insults.
- turn critics into users by helping them.
5. protect the brand with integrity
- be active, but don’t attack everyone with a bad review.
- bad reviews are data. use them.
- if customer care isn’t replying, push the team to fix it.
what an ambassador is not:
- not a bodyguard for the brand.
- not someone who silences honest opinions.
- not customer care.
real ambassadors grow trust. fake ones just farm clout.😂
I’m i clear?
