SouthwestAir really dropped the ball on us tonight.

RR# 22156685821 -proof- not just ranting.

Our flight was delayed for hours — my kid didn’t get a wink of sleep and missed her Saturday appointment we’d planned weeks for.

My partner ran out of sanitary napkins during the delay — everything in the airport was closed, and no one offered help or even compassion.

Then the pilot tells us we can’t fly because grass was in the engine… seriously? That’s the excuse?

Every update after that was vague or flat-out misleading. No one seemed to know what was going on, and every rep gave us a different story.

We tried to rebook, but the attendants barely tried to help — no clear answers, no effort to check if we could fly the next day without extra cost.

By the time they finally let us board, we felt pressured and scared to even get on.

And because of this mess, I missed my clients on Saturday — lost money, lost time, and lost all trust in @SouthwestAir.

This whole experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and dismissive. Families deserve better.
