Experiment and Expand

We're officially expanding the team at MonkeDAO!

Over the last couple of years, our focus has been largely on one thing - community. We’ve done this while keeping our team lean and nimble.

The thesis is simple: @MonkeDAO has always been a people-first collective. That’s what brought us together in the first place.

If we ever lose focus on our people, we lose our DNA - and everything else we do risks becoming meaningless. Think of it as a beautiful but empty shell.

Through the establishment of our local chapters (s/o to our amazing ambassadors globally ❤️), we’ve built a strong, holistic framework - a foundation upon which our community continues to grow.

Today, we’re proud that MonkeDAO has achieved meaningful reach globally. That reach now allows us to pursue new goals and initiatives alongside our community, with confidence.

We’re officially entering a new phase of MonkeDAO: to Experiment and Expand.

In this phase, we’ll be trying a ton of things - some that might seem crazy, some that might seem unreachable, and others that might seem “just ok.” But we’ll keep experimenting, throwing things at the wall, and seeing what sticks.🧱

We’re also restructuring @MonkeVentures to future-proof it, ensuring we stay aligned and committed to the future of social capital.

At the same time, we’re partnering with strategic teams that share our mission and vision - like @DrinkFlojo, where MonkeDAO has a stake and is invested in their success. Two more strategic tie-ups are also in the pipeline.🍹

Think of this as the beginning of a truly connected network across Web3 - with MonkeDAO at the center, through direct or indirect portfolio partnerships.

We’re also scouting for operators and builders - founder-adjacent individuals who can help expand the MonkeDAO ecosystem in bold, creative ways. Got an idea aligned with our mission? Reach out. We’d love to chat.
