[Jeeves @jeeves_inc]

$110M raised. $1.5B+ in stablecoin TPV. Revenue up 4x in 14 months. 10 new countries launched. Nonstop product innovation.

Today, Jeeves announced a $110M equity financing to accelerate building the stablecoin-native financial platform for global enterprises. And we are moving fast:

-$1.5B+ in annualized stablecoin volume in just 8 months
-10 new countries launching stablecoin cards, with payouts reaching 190 countries
-Accounts Receivable launching in Brazil, expanding Jeeves beyond Corporate Cards and AP
-Global AI Spend Tracker across 30 countries and currencies, giving companies one unified view of AI spend globally
-Officially opening Madrid, Spain office to accelerate growth across Europe

The world’s financial infrastructure is changing, and Jeeves is bringing that to global enterprises. Money is becoming global, programmable and increasingly instant.

Thank you to our global customers, our team, and @coinfund who led this round, alongside other participating investors @AB_Insights_UK, Andreessen Horowitz, @cbventures, @CRV, GIC, Global PayTech Ventures, @paraficapital, Vista, @wmt_ventures, @ycombinator and others.

We're also grateful to have some of the best founders building in the space join the round: @zcabrams (Bridge, OUSD), @psneville (Circle, Catena), @sternhenri (Privy), @prabhakar2reddy and Karan Shah (OpenFX), @SamBroner (Better Money Co.) and Ricardo Marino (Global Chairman at Itaú), among others.

Stablecoins have moved from an emerging rail to practical infrastructure for global enterprises. @jeeves_inc pairs that infrastructure with real distribution. Excited to back the team as they bring faster, more efficient financial operations to businesses across markets.

@thazhmon 🚀

[Dileep Thazhmon @thazhmon]

Excited to announce our $110M raise to scale our stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises across 35 countries (10 new countries!) 🚀🦁

Our stablecoin business crossed $1.5B annualized volume in just 8 months, driven by exponential enterprise demand. Since signing the Series C-1 term sheet, revenue has grown more than 50% in a few months. The pace is accelerating.

As we go deeper into the stablecoin ecosystem, I'm pumped to have @coinfund lead the round, joined by @AB_insights, @a16z, @cbventures, @CRV, GIC, @gpt, @paraficapital, Vista, @wmt_ventures, @ycombinator and others.

Also grateful to have the best founders building in the space joining the round: @zcabrams (Bridge, OUSD), @psneville (Circle, Catena), @sternhenri (Privy), @prabhakar2reddy & @karan705 (OpenFX), @SamBroner (Better Money Co.) and Ricardo Marino (Global Chairman at Itaú), among others.

Over the last year, AI & stablecoins have powered us to an inflection point. Today, we have fewer employees than we did two years ago, while revenue and volume have grown more than 10x crossing $5B in annualized TPV. AI is embedded across Jeeves and has fundamentally changed how we build and operate.

Alongside the round, we're launching:

💸 Jeeves stablecoin wallets: Our custom built wallets supporting USDC and USDT, with payouts to 190 countries, all in one platform.

💳 Cards in 10 more countries: Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Panama, Guatemala and others. The same award winning expense management platform used by BMW, Burger King and H&M are now available in these markets.

🧾 Accounts Receivable (AR): Alongside our core Cards and AP modules, we're launching our AR module, starting with Brazil 🇧🇷 This was one of the biggest customer requests!

📊 Jeeves Global AI Spend Tracker: We all know AI spend is growing but if you operate in six countries, with Claude spend in pesos & OpenAI spend in pounds, how do you actually know what you spent across models, countries, currencies & what drives ROI? Well now you do with our Global AI spend tracker across the globe 🌎

🇪🇸 Lastly, we opened our doors in Madrid to accelerate our expansion across EMEA, with a focus on stablecoin payment corridors between Europe & the world.

The next decade of global banking will be agentic and seamless between stablecoin and fiat. To build this companies need to own the primitives directly. This chapter is being written right now, and small teams with big ambition, powered by AI and stablecoins, will write it. We intend to be the company that defines it 🌎

Thank you to our customers, teammates and investors for the trust you put in us every day 🙏

If you want to shape the future of global money at the cutting edge of stablecoins and AI, come build it with us. It won't be easy but it will be fun 👉 https://t.co/ylDYGqlszL

Day one of this next chapter starts now. It's time to build.

[RAVEN @defi_raven]

We've closed a strategic round from @CMCC_Global and @cbventures to become the one-stop shop for prediction markets liquidity 🚀

Prediction markets are growing faster than the infrastructure beneath them. This July, the sector passed $50 billion in volume, more than all of 2025 combined (roughly $44 billion). As new exchanges keep launching, Raven powers them by providing the liquidity their users need to trade comfortably, and by supporting their teams on product, tech and ecosystem initiatives.

Founded in 2023 by Petar Kostov and Yuriy Myronovych, Raven trades around the clock across major centralised and decentralised exchanges in US, APAC and the EEA.

Thank you to @AnanyaBChetia and @CNBC for the coverage, and to @CMCC_Global, @cbventures, @hack_vc and @wmt_ventures for their support.

@nassyweazy @Bastion 🔥

[Coinbase Ventures 🛡️ @cbventures]

We invested in Bastion because we believed in the team’s vision for complaint enterprise-grade stablecoin infrastructure, and now they are a bank! Congrats to the entire Bastion team on this major milestone

[Nass Eddequiouaq @nassyweazy]

When we started @Bastion, we believed stablecoins would become core financial infrastructure. But for the world’s largest enterprises and financial institutions to adopt them, that infrastructure would need to meet the regulatory standards they already expect from their banks.

That meant building compliance, controls and governance into Bastion from the beginning, not adding them after the fact or waiting for others to pave the way.

Today, the OCC granted Bastion preliminary conditional approval for a national trust bank charter, placing us among a small group of companies to reach this stage with the OCC.

That matters because the bar should be high. Stablecoins are becoming part of the financial system, and the infrastructure powering them needs to be built for the regulatory and operational standards that come with that.

Stablecoins are moving into the financial mainstream, but institutional adoption depends on infrastructure that can meet an institutional standard.

We made the decision early to build Bastion for that standard. Today is an important validation of that decision, and we’re just getting started.

[Cyril Mathew @cyril_mathew]

We raised a $35M Series A led by @oakhcft . That brings our total capital raised to $43M.

We spent the last decade watching money get stuck at borders across roles at Uber, Coinbase, Stripe, and Zero Hash. Latitude (@rtp) is what we built with those lessons.

[Coinbase Ventures 🛡️ @cbventures]

Stablecoins move globally, but payouts need to land locally. That's why we're backing @rtp as they work to connect settlement to local rails, so people can get paid in their local currency in minutes, and without needing a crypto wallet.
