It's unfair that boomers got paid to go to university
Millenials got cheap loans to study in university.
But for Gen Z and Gen X we want to burn the bridge so that they cannot climb the ladder?
Very very unfair.
wtf Anthropic’s IPO pitch: more than $30 trillion in potential revenue, topping SpaceX and xAI’s $28.5 trillion estimate.
Anthropic may tell investors that the work Claude and other AI models could eventually perform represents a market worth more than $30 trillion.
The company could seek a valuation of roughly $2 trillion and raise up to $100 billion in its IPO.
I'm curious to see if that's possible after the current backlash. In any case, they'll need a good release before the IPO.
My new book "The Law of the Sublime" comes out in November. It would mean a lot to me if you would pre-order a copy today. Thank you so much for your support. ❤️ Excited to share this book with you all.
You are not watching the bond market closely enough.
President Trump is now threatening that the US Military could be utilized for further intervention to lower US Treasury yields.
"The ultimate intervention is our military, and if we have to use that we will."
Watch bonds.
that's neuron.
it doesn't know fear.
it doesn't know lack.
it just repeats what you tell it.
you tell it "i'm not enough" 500 times. the neuron fires. then fires again. then builds a superhighway for that belief.
you tell it "nothing ever works for me" every morning. the neuron doesn't argue. it just memorizes.
you tell it "i can't change" long enough, the neuron believes you. and then your reality matches.
that's neuroplasticity.
from a quantum perspective, your focused attention is what turns possibility into experience. the neuron is the bridge, but the bridge only appears when you choose a direction.
the good news? the same neuron doesn't know truth from a lie. it just repeats. so you can overwrite the lie with a new signal. when you hold that new signal with quiet certainty, reality reorganizes around it, without you forcing it.
what most people get wrong: they try to "think positive" once. then wonder why nothing changes.
one weak signal doesn't build a highway. repetition does. and without the inner "already done", the repetition stays hollow."
All is reps. There’s no substitution for reps. 10,000 hours is just a metaphor for reps. Chess is reps. Painting is reps. Thinking, wisdom, even prayer is reps. There’s a reason the French say ‘apprendre par cœur’ (to learn by heart). Repetition itself is the stairway to heaven
What the government is doing now is the equivalent of holding a 30-year mortgage at a 3% interest rate and refinancing it into a 4% one-year adjustable-rate mortgage.
In other words, you are replacing longer-term, lower-cost debt with shorter-term, higher-cost debt.
Now apply that to trillions of US dollars.
That is effectively what the US Treasury is being forced to do as long-term yields surge.
Unfortunately, the Treasury is largely playing the hand it has been dealt.
The next phase of the US deficit spending crisis began today.
A mistake that cost me 5 years: Thinking preparation was progress. Reading every book. Taking every course. Planning every detail. Meanwhile, someone dumber than me started badly and figured it out. Preparation feels productive but it's often just fear dressed up as strategy. You learn to swim by getting in
the water, not by studying water.
