~zAccounts: Transact Without Exposing Your Wallet~
With Panther, you don't transact from a public wallet address.
You transact through a zAccount - represented using UTXOs rather than an externally owned account.
This means you can exchange zAssets privately without linking your activity to a publicly visible blockchain identity. $ZKP #DeFi

-Why Base-
Base brings low fees, fast execution, and a rapidly expanding DeFi ecosystem.
Panther brings the missing component: confidentiality.
Together: private interaction with DeFi liquidity on Base - including Uniswap - without exposing transaction details or wallet relationships.
#Privacy is now live where #DeFi is growing fastest. 🌐🔐 $ZKP

Deposit limits are $25,000, and withdrawal limits are $100,000. Panther may support additional assets in the future through its DAO governance.
Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-42, has passed!
The DAO voted to launch the DAO-operated Zone on @base once all required transactions and scripts to transition ownership are confirmed complete, and voted to complete the ownership transition of specific smart contracts to the DAO. The DAO also voted for the compliance flow outlined in PIP-42.
Agentic commerce is coming.
An agent will open the store.
An agent will pick the cart.
An agent will tap pay.
Mastercard and the rails people are already building the checkout.
Good.
That is piece one.
Piece two is uglier and more important.
When that tap goes through, who is the merchant actually dealing with?
A model?
A wallet?
Or a business that can be named if the order turns bad?
Payments move value.
Accountability says who moved it.
@Concordium $CCD sits on that second piece.
Agent gets an identity.
Verified by Concordium Badge shows a human or company stands behind the buy.
Private until it matters.
Commerce can go agent first.
The receipt still needs a person on it.

PIP-42 is now LIVE for voting!
This proposal formally launches the DAO-operated Zone on @base once all required transactions and scripts to transition ownership are completed and executed, and completes the ownership transition of specific smart contracts to the DAO.
To support internal transfers safely, this proposal also confirms the compliance logic that maintains protection for users against bad actors while preserving user sovereignty over their own funds.

Panther’s next DAO proposal, PIP-42, will likely go live tomorrow at noon (CET).
$ZKP holders can only vote with the tokens they hold in their own wallets, not with those deposited in Panther’s shielded pool. Be ready before the proposal goes live to participate in the voting process.
What Confidential DeFi Actually Looks Like
Inside Panther's Shielded Pool:
- ZK-SNARKs prove your transaction is valid without revealing amounts or counterparties
- UTXOs manage your balance privately
- Nullifiers prevent double-spending without linking transactions
- Relayers submit on your behalf without exposing your wallet
Every layer designed to minimize what external observers can see.
That's what confidential #DeFi looks like in practice. 🔐 $ZKP
In decentralized finance (DeFi), transparency is both a strength and a limitation. Panther Protocol takes a different approach with programmable privacy: confidential trading environments that are configurable where needed and private by default.
Our latest blog explores how Panther's shielded pools enable confidentiality and configurable compliance to coexist—giving operators the flexibility to define their own rules while giving users greater control over their on-chain privacy.

Panther enables confidential stablecoin transfers on @0xPolygon, and soon on @base. ZK all the things!
Yesterday, PIP-41 went live and has, as of now, reached ~56% of the votes required to pass.
The proposal aims to restore the required $ZKP balances for Panther’s V1 Base deployment and the non-$ZKP balances required for testing and withdrawals. It also proposes starting Panther’s mainnet build & deployment on Ethereum and authorizing compliance DAO funding through DAO grants.

Professional traders, treasury managers, and institutions don't just want better yields.
They need to execute large transactions without signaling portfolio movements to the market.
Panther's confidential infrastructure protects legitimate trading strategies and sensitive transaction activity - not just from MEV bots, but from any observer with an interest in what you're doing onchain.
Confidentiality isn't a privacy preference. It's a professional requirement. 🏦🔐 #DeFi $ZKP

Privacy Without Leaving DeFi
Most privacy solutions ask you to migrate to a new chain, a new liquidity set, or a new ecosystem.
That's a poor trade.
Panther enables confidential transfers using existing stablecoins within the #DeFi ecosystems where liquidity already exists.
No migration. No fragmentation. Just #privacy layered on top of what's already there. 🌐🔐 $ZKP

Panther and Igra Explore Privacy for the Kaspa Ecosystem
Panther Protocol Foundation and @Igra_Labs are exploring bringing Panther’s privacy-preserving infrastructure to the Kaspa ecosystem.
Built on Kaspa’s BlockDAG architecture, Igra combines high-performance EVM compatibility with decentralized execution. Panther could add confidential DeFi, private transfers and zero-knowledge compliance capabilities — opening a path towards privacy-preserving DeFi across the Igra ecosystem.
The collaboration will explore demand and potential use cases for a Panther deployment on Igra.

The PIP-41 draft has been shared on the Panther forum!
This proposal aims to restore the required $ZKP balances for Panther’s V1 @base deployment and the non-$ZKP balances required for testing and withdrawals. Furthermore, it is proposed to start Panther’s mainnet build & deployment on @ethereum, and to authorize compliance DAO funding to be handled through DAO grants.

When you deposit a stablecoin into Panther's Shielded Pool, you receive a zAsset - a confidential representation backed 1:1 by collateral held in a Panther Vault.
Transfers between zAccounts stay confidential.
Senders, recipients, and amounts are not visible to external observers.
Same value. Same backing. Zero exposure. ⚡

Billions in institutional capital are sitting on the sidelines of #DeFi.
It's not waiting for better yields. It's waiting for infrastructure that doesn't expose every position to the public.
#Privacy is the bottleneck, and Panther's built to unlock it. 🏦 $ZKP
It is time for a new weekly update! We are happy to share that the internal MASP transfers have been successfully enabled on Panther’s @base deployment. All identified bugs have been solved and verified. This excludes the KYT changes and internal MASP transfer daily limits. Furthermore, the following updates are now live in production:
✅List Views: Improved amount formatting across all lists.
✅UI Polish: Optimized button widths on some pages for better visual balance.
✅Voucher Management: Added automated sorting of vouchers by creation date.
✅Navigation: Fixed page loading behavior to automatically scroll to the top upon opening.
Minor tasks and UI fixes have also been successfully deployed to Canary on both Polygon and Base, and the previously shared voucher issue has been resolved. We will keep you posted about the progress. Have a great Friday and weekend ahead!
Panther's shielded pool supports multiple digital assets within the same pool.
Stablecoins, utility tokens and other supported assets all contribute to a shared anonymity set, strengthening privacy for every participant.
