but besides a good will post, here are the more narrative / technical reasons i like it:
• every strong community that launches here makes the whole ecosystem stronger
• more communities = more users, volume, fees, attention
• buybacks + burns give actual value back to the ecosystem
• winners can help create more winners instead of everything being zero sum
• paired assets are one of the coolest parts. stocks, pre-ipo, crypto, memes, whatever people want to build around
• every successful coin becomes another distribution channel for stonkfun
• sits in a really interesting spot between internet culture + tokenized assets
• solana continues to be the best place for this type of experimentation imo
• great team, amazing tek, and a lot of goodwill already built
the main bet:
if stonkfun keeps producing top tier communities, every winner makes the next winner easier
the bull market from last time you romanticize,
vs
what the early stages of a bull market actually look and feel like, on a lower timeframe, in real time:
i feel like a lot of people forgot. the only way you can make it holding high conviction bags is extreme confidence, and the willingness to ride it to zero and be wrong.
My memecoin / rugpull investigations will now not only include onchain data but also offchain data with a full report on all twitter accounts promoting said rugs
(with screenshot evidence backed up)
The goal is whenever a new project pops up, you can just scan the DB and see how many of the "usual suspects" are promoting a coin to give you a good idea of how likely it is to be a scam
Or to be able to see what are the worst offenders (read: serial scammers)

Introducing: Autocompound on JTX
Finally, @LaunchOnSF rewards can now work for you automatically. JTX Autocompound automatically takes the quote asset you earn from Stonk rewards and buys more of the original asset.
Earn rewards for holding, rebuy the Stonk, repeat.
Had some fun prototyping this weekend
with @bwongxr and @alessiograncini
Got this working with colocated spectator view so you can watch your friends play Pokémon ⚡️🥽 @specs
Multiplayer next (but we need to find a bigger table)
Flight delayed 7 hours - asked Muse to file for compensation. 5 mins later i had $250 credit in my delta account. it even found and rebooked me a new flight.
it just figured everything out. even responded to the support email itself.
shit feels like magic.
I don’t hate buybacks. I think it’s one of many tools. The equity exchange is another. The core issue with buybacks and nothing else (beyond the capital allocation discourse) is that token holders dont have a path to earn value built exogenously. For example, there’s a ton of intrinsic value built up in the company in our licenses alone (I would argue those licenses will be worth more than than the current entire market cap of BP if you look at comparables). If we only did buybacks and no equity conversion, that’s a huge hole. I don’t think it’s enough. Any token would be strictly better with an equity conversion than without it.
high level view that should determine most of how you allocate capital this cycle on the crypto infra side imo
exchange+performant chain+regulatory advantage
funneled into retail mobile frontends empowered by the social trading flywheel
lots of competition here, winners will
be massive
Since the $BP airdrop, I haven’t sold a single token. I added more on the way down.
That stretch in the middle was rough. Thin liquidity, messy price discovery, and airdrop sell pressure crushed sentiment.
The FUD never really stopped. I still stuck with my own view.
I wasn’t watching the next candle. I was watching whether @Backpack could become infrastructure that Solana actually has to reprice.
The market is starting to turn.
@blknoiz06 said it plainly: buy backpack.
@frankdegods stepped in and bought $BP.
@theunipcs even put the red backpack on his name 🎒
This is not just social heat.
The product is still live, the compliance path is still moving, the trading stack is still expanding, and the founder @armaniferrante never stopped building.
$BP should not be read as an airdrop coupon.
Solana does not lack launches, short-term liquidity, or onchain narrative.
What it lacks is a durable listing and liquidity outlet, closer to the role Coinbase / Binance play in other ecosystems: taking onchain assets into a venue that can trade, clear, and absorb larger capital.
That is what @Backpack is building.
Wallet, exchange, @MadLads, and now tokenized stocks. Same direction: turning Solana from a launch chain into a financial gateway that can actually carry assets.
$BP is a claim on whether this company can finish that path, not on a single day’s tape.
The rest of the chain is converging on the same idea.
@LaunchOnSF’s pairing model now ties issuance to real-asset quotes, so new tokens are no longer stuck circulating against a single quote asset. They can connect to stocks, commodities, and a fuller set of trading demand.
Capital, product, and the regulatory conversation around @solana are also clearer than they were a phase ago.
The market is only now starting to reprice @Backpack.
I believe in $BP.

I just had a Citadel Quant send me this internal alpha they were all told to study over the weekend
He told me that this may be one of the most important videos any trader can ever watch
🚨 EUROPE’S PREPARATIONS FOR WAR ARE REACHING AN ALARMING LEVEL
Measures that would have appeared unthinkable only a few years ago are now spreading across Europe:
🇫🇮 FINLAND (AKA Ukraine 2.0)
• Raised the military-reserve age to 65
• Building a reserve approaching one million people
• Removed the legal barrier preventing allied nuclear weapons from entering Finnish territory
• Withdrew from the treaty banning antipersonnel land mines
🇪🇪 ESTONIA
• Declared its willingness to host NATO nuclear weapons if necessary
• Building bunkers, trenches and anti-tank barriers along its Russian border
• Participating in the new Baltic Defense Line
🇱🇻 LATVIA
• Constructing border fortifications, barriers and military positions
• Withdrew from the treaty prohibiting antipersonnel mines
• Expanding civil-defense and national-resilience preparations
🇱🇹 LITHUANIA
• Building fortified defensive positions near Russia and Belarus
• Stockpiling anti-tank barriers and mine capability
• Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty
🇵🇱 POLAND
• Offered to host NATO nuclear weapons
• Pursuing an army and reserve system totaling approximately 500,000 people
• Planning to train as many as 100,000 reservists annually
• Considering military preparation for all adult men
• Building the “Eastern Shield” of fortifications, surveillance, drone defenses and potential minefields
• Withdrew from the antipersonnel-mine treaty
🇩🇪 GERMANY
• Cataloguing subway stations, tunnels, garages and basements for use as bomb shelters
• Seeking shelter capacity for approximately one million people
• Registering and assessing young men for possible military service
• Preparing to move hundreds of thousands of NATO troops and vehicles east during a major war
🇸🇪 SWEDEN
• Sent citizens an “In Case of Crisis or War” handbook
• Instructed families how to survive blackouts, air attacks, disrupted communications and possible occupation
🇩🇰 DENMARK
• Expanded military conscription to women
• Increased military service from four months to eleven months
🇫🇷 FRANCE
• Developed public-survival guidance covering emergency supplies, radio communications and radiation precautions
• Encouraging participation in military reserves and civil-defense organizations
🇬🇧 BRITAIN
• Reviving government “War Books”
• Integrating military, civilian, industrial and utility planning
• Preparing a national home-defense exercise
• Strengthening protection of energy systems, water, communications and undersea cables
• Planning for cyberattacks, fuel shortages and supply-chain breakdowns
• Making it easier to recall former service members—potentially up to age 65
• Increasing weapons, drone and ammunition production
🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION
• Advising 450 million residents to maintain at least 72 hours of food, water, medicine, cash and emergency supplies
• Building strategic reserves for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear emergencies
Nuclear weapons have not been confirmed as deployed in Finland, Estonia or Poland—but those countries have opened, or are considering opening, the door.
Europe says this is deterrence and preparedness.
But when countries simultaneously expand conscription, recall older soldiers, prepare bunkers, restore land mines, consider hosting nuclear weapons and teach civilians how to survive war, one question becomes unavoidable:
WHAT DO EUROPEAN GOVERNMENTS KNOW—or fear—THAT THEIR CITIZENS ARE NOT BEING FULLY TOLD?
If you still think this is just a bear market rebound, study hard — the time you’ve spent is far from enough.
If you think this is already the early stage of a bull market, don’t make one mistake: taking too little risk.
