The floor of Azuki and blue chip collections kept falling down in this week due to the blend liquidation as I mentioned below.

But here's a good sign - some collections such as @BoredApeYC & @pudgypenguins see a positive price rise in the last 24 hours.

Many frens discussed the sudden drop of MAYC & other ETH collections today. After analyzing 10k transactions, I found most sales are related to @blur_io's Blend.

The floor price drop triggered liquidation of Blend loans, and lenders receive the NFTs when borrowers can't pay the debt.

Many lenders aren't community members - they aim to earn APY on Blend. To regain liquidity, they resell NFTs below floor price.

The cycle: Floor drops -> More NFTs liquidated -> Lenders list NFTs for liquidity -> Floor drops further

Data shows top 3 Blend loans are Azuki, DeGods & MAYC. If prices keep falling, it could lead to a catastrophic cycle for these collections.
