其实去年就融完了，那会产品也没好，就一直没发。正好最近个人版APP重新上线，想着补个PR也感谢一下。

首先想感谢下投资人们的信任，去年经历了被盗和转型，几乎是从零起步的状态，但大家还是愿意相信和支持我们。

然后是感谢用户和团队的信任，大家一起塑造了我们的产品和品牌。

一年的时间变化很大。团队的变化、市场的变化、产品的变化、我个人的变化。或许有些战略决策能做得更好，而贯穿每一日的选择更是有很多可以复盘的。这一路来，学会了敬畏，感受到了肩上的责任，而最终更需要落实到每一个细节。

赛道很卷，我们也还有很多不完善的地方。想做好一个Fintech产品确实需要踩很多坑，操不少心，筛选更踏实负责的人，而且都需要时间检验和积累。这个行业很难产生爆款，但胜在细水长流，坚持日复一日的优化和持续的平衡，才能最终造就卓越的产品和服务。

正式算下来，我们花了一整年时间重新学习了这个行业，交付了一百多项功能和更新，完善成了一个全方位的金融平台，并且迫不及待地以更快的速度、更低的成本、更稳定可靠的金融系统继续前行。

AI的出现一方面或许会加大贫富差距，但另一方面应该也会让金融平权的进程有彻底的改变。对于大多数人来说，他们需要的不是10-100，而是0-1的那个质变。Infini不会追求那个空中楼阁的建设，但会慢慢思考究竟该如何在差异化的同时真正把这项技术普惠于日常生活。

这几天，多位从 CryptoBilis 买过 Ledger 硬件钱包的用户报告资产被盗。Ledger 已确认，受影响用户的设备里被植入了未经授权的硬件。具体原因和影响范围还在调查。

CryptoBilis 也卖过 OneKey、Trezor、Tangem、SafePal、imKey 等品牌，所以很多人来问我：我的 OneKey 还安全吗？

截至发文，我们没有收到 OneKey 用户因这次事件遭遇资产被盗的报告。但没收到报告，不等于没有风险。用户的资产安全不能靠运气，我们不会去赌。

我们已经终止了 CryptoBilis 的授权，它不再是 OneKey 的授权经销商。

从今天起，我们做三件事。

第一，不再新增经销商。

即日起，OneKey 停止新增任何经销商。

第二，所有现有经销商重新审查。

以前通过认证的，也全部重新审核、重新排查。经营主体核实不了、最终受益人说不清楚的，一律取消授权，从官网下架。

经销商网络会大幅缩小。硬件钱包关系到用户的资产，渠道必须管严。

审查完成后，我们会在官网公布完整的授权经销商名单。到时，不在名单上的，就不是 OneKey 的授权经销商。

第三，在 CryptoBilis 买过 OneKey 的符合条件用户，免费换新。

2026 年 3 月 1 日至本声明发布之日，在 CryptoBilis 买过 OneKey 硬件钱包的用户，不限型号，不管有没有激活、有没有用过，都可以免费换新。

为什么从 3 月 1 日算？CryptoBilis 的原联合创始人公开表示，公司在今年早些时候被收购，3 月完成了经营管理职责的交接。我们从 3 月 1 日开始覆盖，把整个交接月份和之后的购买都算进去。这个范围已经超过 180 天，我们宁可多覆盖一点。

换新设备由 OneKey 官方商店直接发货。原来是什么型号，就换同一型号的全新设备；如果那个型号没货了，就免费升级成更新的型号。

旧设备不用寄回，我们直接寄新的，直接从 OneKey 官网发货。

申请方法很简单：在 OneKey 官网点「客服」，或者打开 https://t.co/QG5Mu83nAr，提交工单。

标题写 CryptoBilis Replacement，附上：

- 购买凭证或小票，必须提供；
- 设备型号；
- 设备有没有激活、使用过。

申请截止：2026 年 12 月 31 日。

换新可以申请，资产安全不要等。

如果设备还没激活，先别激活，直接申请换新。

如果已经在用、里面还有资产，出于预防，请把旧助记词当作可能已经泄露来处理，尽快把资产转到使用全新助记词的钱包里，别为了等新设备而拖着。

手里有其他来源可信的硬件钱包，就在那台设备上生成全新的助记词，把资产转过去。暂时没有的话，可以在安全、可信的手机或电脑上，用 OneKey App 新建一个钱包，生成全新的助记词，先把资产转过去，作为临时过渡。

新设备到手后，在新设备上重新生成全新的助记词，再把资产转进去。不要把旧助记词导入新设备，也不要把临时 App 钱包的助记词导入新设备。资产转完后，旧设备和旧助记词就别再用了。

最后提醒一句：OneKey 客服永远不会问你要助记词或 PIN 码。任何以「换新」「验证」为由索要这些信息的人，都是骗子。
