. @mintairxyz was launched with a focus on two key strategies:
1) Solve a problem better than others (execution risk)
2) Solve a problem no one knew existed (product-market risk)
Through this Mintair found its PMF and created the NaaS category, and now supports 40+ chains with 150k+ users.
If youโre ever feeling stuck, the answer is almost always more reps.
More pitches, more posts, more launches, more asks.
More shots on goal.
Increase that and add a tight feedback loop.
Every VC says they want a contrarian founder.
Then asks who else is investing.
Bro that's not contrarian.
Thatโs checking if the village has approved the witch.
Most founders do not need more startup advice.
They need a place where the advice turns into reps.
A room that makes the question sharper.
A peer who notices the weak assumption.
A deadline that forces the next version.
That is what a startup university should do.
We are all driven by fear to give way too many fucks about something as giving a fuck about something is the only thing that distracts us from the reality and inevitability of our own death.
My thoughts on Agentic Commerce
- agents will obviously spend billions online
- AI + crypto finally make sense
- online first becomes agent first
- we are seeing exponential growth
- Stripe/Robinhood/Cloudflare are getting into it
- APIs are the first clear use-case
- uniquely enabled by stablecoins
- people trust agents more and more
- usage based pricing is just better
- every agent will need a wallet
- x402/mpp kill API keys
- agent identity is still unsolved
- AgentCash solved discovery
- everyone is building for agents now
- your agent can buy flights, domains, flowers
- if you are in crypto pivot to agentic commerce
- AX (agent experience) comes before UX
- still super early
