LRPF Research Findings on The Timothy Initiative's Tamil Nadu Operations and Funding Connections.

Legal Rights Protection Forum has submitted a complaint to the Directorate of Enforcement regarding foreign funding received by Evangelical Church Growth Mission(ECGM), Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

LRPF's research indicates that ECGM has received substantial foreign contributions from The Timothy Initiative Inc., USA. It is further found that Mr. David Nelms, Founder & Director of The Timothy Initiative, also serves as Director of Gospelink Inc., USA, another missionary organization that has funded ECGM.

The involvement of common leadership and substantially similar missionary objectives raises concerns regarding the flow of funds through interconnected foreign entities.

Information available to us also indicates that Mr. Joshua Vijay Kumar, Secretary of ECGM, has played a significant leadership role in The Timothy Initiative's activities in India. The precise nature and extent of this relationship warrants examination by the competent authorities.

Requested the Enforcement Directorate to:
- Investigate foreign contributions received by ECGM from The Timothy Initiative Inc. and Gospelink Inc., USA;
- Scrutinize the utilization of such funds by ECGM ;
- Take appropriate action under the FCRA and other applicable laws.

This is clearly against the mandate of The representation of peoples act. In 2019 Hon’ble @narendramodi ji biopic was stopped from screening. Though he was not even anywhere associated.
Such inaction by WB films censor board clearly reflects conspiracy and tacit consent by Mamta Didi.
However, after my contentions, the Ld CJ was pleased to keep the Petition as first item before it tomorrow as the AG of west begal sought time to respond. A major attempt to convert over 6000 Odia Hindu fishermen, including women and children, at Nolia Basti in Chandrabhaga, Konark, has been courageously foiled. The three-day event, planned by Andhra-based Christian pastors for July 29–31, was exposed after alert local fishermen—backed by the Kalinga Rights Forum—lodged a complaint.

Shockingly, conversion posters were forcibly pasted on the walls of a Hanuman Temple, and the pastors allegedly entered the sacred premises wearing shoes, deeply hurting Hindu sentiments.

Despite complaints filed on July 25, the Konark PS IIC remained passive for two days, even allegedly leaking the names of complainants to the missionaries. Now, those who stood up are under threat—facing intimidation for defending their faith and community.

Only after massive local pressure, the Puri district administration cancelled the event and initiated a probe into the organisers. The silence of the authorities in the face of threats to poor fishermen raises serious questions.

Konark stands at a critical juncture—will justice prevail or will silence shield those who target vulnerable communities in the name of faith?
