Thought it would be worth re-introducing ourselves. We're 100 Men Calgary and we give a damn about our community.

Every quarter 100 guys meet and donate $100 each to a local charity of choice. That's $40,000 back into the community each year!

Here's how it works👇

Some of these people waited up to a year for help, and there are currently 300 on the waitlist with more wanting on the waitlist. We are really pleased to help 14.

Thanks to the support of our members, 14 people received therapy grants from @BreakingFreeFdn to give them a start on their healing journey.

We had a great turnout for our Annual General Meeting and we are proud to share some big numbers on the impact we continue to make for #yyc charities.

Over the last 10 years, we have supported 44 charities with over $345000. Thank you to our sponsor host @ToolShedBeer

The @ToolShedBeer food was so good, it was polished off before the vote. The vote was close but the members selected @youthenroute

Our September meeting is underway with a fantastic turnout, great food and drinks, and 3 great charities. We have about 50 members at @ToolShedBeer tonight which is the best turnout in years. Thanks again Graham, Tool Shed and all the great staff. #yyc #charity
