To our 2nd Annual Gala sponsors, thank you 🙏
Leadership to Legacy was built on your generosity. Because of you, our young men have mentors, programming, and opportunities that change the direction of their lives.
We see you, and we’re grateful.
Excellence, Without Excuses.
Ahead of the 2nd Annual 100 Strong Foundation Gala this Saturday, August 29th, our young men spent an afternoon at Jacobs & Co. Steakhouse learning the finer points of table manners, professional presence, and how to carry themselves with confidence in any room.
Thank you @Grazorray for your commitment to Black youth and @100StrongCA. A true leader and mentor. Grateful to have you on the panel Saturday. #BlackLivesMatter#ChangeNow Full recap at: https://t.co/RcqY7UNTJw
We are proud to be named among strong black men. Congratulations to all the other celebrants and those who continually fill the role as mentor and/or father. Our young black men need strong, outstanding leaders like you. Thank you @shiftermagazine for the work you are doíng.
Such an honor to be named one of @shiftermagazine 2020 Outstanding Black Men in Canada alongside some great Black Men doing amazing things in Canada. To be the 1st & only Atlantic Canadian/ African Nova Scotian to be on this list is such humbling honor!

Met a doctor who told me it was Mr. Jolly his science teacher at Forest Hill Collegiate that led him and a lot of MDs to the profession. I enjoyed inspirational Sunday dinners at his Cabbage Town home while studying @RyersonU This is so well deserved!

A beautiful thing @TheBBPA. You continue to remind us that "excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution...choice, not chance, determines our destiny" [Aristotle]
The BBPA scholarship ceremony is dedicated to supporting and promoting the achievement of academic excellence by Black Canadian youth through an annual scholarship program. The scholarship ceremony will be held at York University on October 3, 2019. #blackscholarships
Thank you to my friend @waliedesq and @NLawGlobal for mentoring a group of students from @strongacademy. What an inspiration to the students and a great way to introduce Bay Street to them.
Hosted 80 boys from @100StrongFoundn, a summer program designed to equip young black boys with tools to achieve their maximum potential. Mentorship is a duty, but, this morning, I learned more about resilience and communities less than 3km from my office. Humbling. Great org!
