@ChaiAndMiles 31k points for 11800 inr kind of .38 inr per point plus other perks kind of good deal but nothing very good in secondary market at .45p 3qk mr point will cost 13950 so if u really need to use point and short then a good deal no need to stack it for future use DYOR just my view
This is exactly why people lose trust in promotional offers.
Don’t advertise benefits if you can’t honor them.
Hoping @AmazonIN fixes this instead of giving generic responses. @jagograhakjago#ConsumerRights#OnlineShopping
Ordered PNG gold coins (3gm total) on April 8 from @AmazonIN expecting ₹5,000 cashback under a collected offer. Delivery was due tomorrow.
After 10–11 days… order suddenly CANCELLED citing “stock issue”.
But guess what? SAME item still available from SAME seller currently 🤔
I had specifically collected the ₹5,000 cashback offer before placing the order.
Now order cancelled → benefit gone → price advantage gone → trust gone.
How is this fair to customers?
@amazonIN@AmazonHelp plz explain this
