@GoldenandSheen@emirates@EmiratesSupport I would suggest you contact Emirates Support and they will help you for sure. They might be slow in responding to your inquiry due to the heavy workload but they will definitely respond as per my experience.

@emirates@EmiratesSupport You guys are not responding to my delayed and damaged bag claim emails at all. I have contacted Live Chat Agent over 10 times already, filled out the complaint forms twice followed by a third complaint follow-up form. Still no response whatsoever.
