@CadentGasLtd We were forced to move our gas meter due to ur gaspipe work, which resulted in issues in our home incl serious electrical issue. Despite my Mum being on priority register due to health now deteriorated further by all this. No response from cadent. Disappointing.
@vintedUK@vinted I’ve followed all guidelines for packaging and shipping, yet my item was damaged in transit. Vinted support has not reimbursed me. I’m requesting a fair resolution and full refund for the lost item. Sadly the process protects buyers, and ignores sellers

@NHSBartsHealth such awful experience. Mum went to AnE, struggling to breathe, feeling faint, and after waiting hours in AnE your staff member tells her 'I dont Care' and dismisses her like she's worthless and can't say anything. This is exactly how preventable deaths happen.
@EmiratesSupport@shrads116 You give this person the link to complaints procedure and yet failed to provide it to me despite requesting it. It's incredibly disheartening that I've patiently waited for an outcome since Oct 2023 and you now simply ignore me despite delaying and damaging my luggage
@marcoschuby@emirates@EmiratesSupport Did you manage to get a reply or a resolution from them? I've been waiting for Emriates to get back to me about my delayed and damaged luggage since Oct 2023. They now simply ignore all my requests for an update. Simply terrible.

@KateyJbro@EmiratesSupport Since I've asked for their official complaints procedure, they've been ignoring me. Surprised a company wouldn't be Forthcoming with such info. I've supplied all the details via the link they sent, but my case (damaged and delayed luggage) dates back to Oct 2023. That's madness.
@SYNAKU@emirates Have they given you an update? Im still waiting for an update about my damaged luggage since Oct 2023..ive filled in the forms they sent, provided info, photos etc. No response beyond 'escalated to customer relations'
@saeidjamali@emirates I'm still waiting their response into my case which dates back to Oct 2023. It was what I had assumed to be a simple case that they damaged and delayed my luggage and as part of UK law they are to refund this cost. No response.
