I was called yesterday to say that an item ordered was not in stock, so I cancelled my order and ordered a similar item. Now @AmazonUK is saying the original item has been dispatched. I need this item ASAP but I don't want two and it was expensive. How can this be resolved?

@Plusnet Hi Curtis, yes. I have put my address in but once selected and in attempting to continue, it keeps prompting an address. I have used address finder and manually input the address plus put my old address and new one and nothing is working.

@Plusnet we've left plusnet and been asked to return our router, however the link provided will not generate a returns label. If you give us a way of returning the router, I'd be happy to do so, it's packaged up and ready to go

Had an @AmazonUK delivery today, app says it was handed to resident and we got a 'sorry we missed you card' with no info on it. Asked neighbour and they've not seen it. How do I find my parcel?

Bf did a lovely thing and ordered the ingredients for 2 "veggie" dishes from @asda. Disappointed that both recipes had non-veggie ingredients - parmesan and regular pesto. I now have to find alternatives and find a new home for these ingredients. Great idea, poor execution
