Husband, Daddy, Grandpa. I used to play a lot of baseball. The voices in my head will occasionally ask me to provide guidance to those in need. โ๏ธ๐๐ผโพ๏ธโค๏ธ
@JeffPassan@JohnJHarwood The batting average still matters, but the bar has been lowered because of the changes in approaches in different counts. Putting the ball in play doesnโt seem to be the goal anymore.
@notgaetti Dennis Martinez. Perfect against the Dodgers in the early 90s. My sister was there and said it was the most boring game sheโs ever seen. They went up to bat. They went back to the dugout. ๐๐
@iamSauceGardner You may not have as much of a problem as you think. Tough to get you where you want to be without seeing your swing. Got to https://t.co/MM4wp3fNr6 and find a coach that can work with you. Theyโll help you out. ๐๐ผ
I believe great hitters should be able to adapt to any given situation. Get your power hacks in early, but with two strikes, get short and put the ball in play. Strikeouts are useless. And striking out looking is an unforgivable sin.
Do you prefer hitters or ho make soft contact but get the ball in player, or hard contact hitters who will strikeout a lot but hit a lot of HRs?

@nut_history Expos. Played a celeb golf tournament with him. Heโs a big dude. His driver hitting the golf ball made a sound Iโd never heard before. ๐๐
@Teacherman1986@RealCJ10 Oh my God! You canโt be serious. Youโre fighting with Chipper Jones? About hitting? Heโs a Hall of Famer. Thatโs just ridiculous. Just stop.
@SteveMurry44 Cardiologist put a stent in a 99% blocked artery. He said stop or else. Stopped that day. March of 2020. Never looked back. You got this, Coach.
