@toxoplasmodium You don’t have to count calories to eat well and flourish. But being aware of the caloric content of your food certainly makes food choices easier lol. Even just a framework of fats being more calorie dense than proteins and carbs is a useful heuristic.

@attackTheChocha @Brien_Jackson You can, that’s the law as it’s currently written. Overdraft “protection” where they let the account go negative and you complete the purchase but then owe an overdraft fee is an opt in product. You have to choose it when you open the account. Opt out, and no fees.

@manchatz @Derek_duPreez Respectfully that’s a misunderstanding of American food culture. In much of the world, hotel restaurants are destinations in and of themselves. In the US that is very rarely the case and any review about a hotel breakfast is written with the understanding of what is, convenient.
