@TomTaxiDriver B4 hiring a bike, face recognition required, that persons details are logged for the duration of the bike hire. All those bikes send of a continuous signal so Running Red lights etc that person will be traced and fined accordingly

Uber just quoted my passenger £42 to go from Trafalgar Square to city rd. £24 in a black cab. Imagine what people would be paying if black cabs weren’t about. Support local businesses and not the billion dollar yank companies trying to kill them off.
