✅ Fact: The video has been digitally manipulated to insert a fake narrative. In the original video, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri made no such statement. Also, the change of the Chief of Defence Staff was carried out in accordance with the established tenure norms and laid-down procedures. It was a routine transition and not the result of any resignation or political pressure.
