SIR,
My fastag with ANNUAL PASS was charged 240/- on KHALILPUR TOLL PLAZA 1 hr after the trip. Have Charged me on many trips. Normal rate 85/- but with Annual pass it is free. Several instances on Google review. Pls review and correct.

We are travelling from Goa express 12780, have just crossed Jhansi and about to reach Bhopal in H1 coach.
