I paid beforehand and the order didn't get placed. I had to desperately pay for my meal at the store. When tried calling their customer service I haven't received any response. The mail has gone unanswered. Pathetic customer service

While traveling 7th July, I ordered food from KFC and they charged me twice. One of the store member informed it will get credited in 24 hours however that did not happened. Later on I called to customer services and they advised to wait 7 days which passed.

Dear @KFC_India This is Totally absurd and pathetic experience I had to face and Still my issue is not addressed by KFC. Regarding Order number: K833007901, This order has not been delivered to me neither KFC Store has cancelled the order, I want my refund.
