Our @NASAPersevere rover is breaking records on Mars—thanks to its state-of-the-art self-driving software!

@Paddy_Stash The smallest CubeSat config is one unit or one cube (1U). A 2U configuration is comprised on 2 connected cubes. We needed to double the size to allow for increased payload.
After many delays beyond our control, #1111kosmos has successfully integrated a thermal camera & made the decision to double the size of our #cubesat from 1U to 2U. We are currently awaiting frequency assignment & confirmation on new launch location/date. It will be India or USA.
OK, looks like @Aki_Hoshide and I are going out, time for @Astro_Megan, @Astro_Sabot and @astro_kimbrough to be their awesome selves in getting us out the door (and back in). A lot of work for the whole crew and on 🌎 for this #spacewalk: total teamwork!💪 https://t.co/k9V5YG7YjO
Just joining us? A spacewalk is underway with @Space_Station cosmonauts Oleg Novitskiy & Pyotr Dubrov. Last night, a smoke alarm awoke the crew, causing a faint burnt smell that subsided with air filters. After checkouts, operations continue normally: https://t.co/z1RgZwQkWS
@cdj88@kevinabosch@opensea@ArweaveTeam 1111 KOSMOS #Cubesat payload and software integration near completion. Due to the severity of the pandemic in India everything there pushed back a few months so we are hoping for a launch date in Spring.
LIVE: A new @Roscosmos science module, Nauka, docks to the @Space_Station. The 43-foot long, 23-ton module will automatically link up to the port on the Earth-facing side of the station's Russian segment: https://t.co/mzKW5uV4hS
An astronomical phenomenon called gravitational lensing can warp, magnify or even duplicate the appearance of distant galaxies.
🔎 In this image, @NASAHubble uses this phenomenon as a natural magnifying glass to view a distant galaxy. Check it out: https://t.co/yRqycUioCK
The Exp 65 crew capped off this week’s research activities aboard station by making headway with various science experiments related to human health and materials performance. https://t.co/nE1vGF2HSe
Equipped with high-definition cameras, @Astro_Kimbrough & @Thom_Astro will venture outside the @Space_Station to continue installing new, roll-up solar arrays.
📅 Don’t miss the action tomorrow, June 25.

Astronauts @astro_kimbrough and @Thom_astro will embark on their third spacewalk to install new solar arrays to the @Space_Station. The same design will be used on the Gateway lunar-orbiting outpost.

We mourn the passing of Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins, who piloted humanity’s first voyage to the surface of another world. An advocate for exploration, @AstroMCollins inspired generations and his legacy propels us further into the cosmos: https://t.co/47by569R56
