13 March 2025 – Follow Up to International Press Release

Today the Plenipotentiary of Slovakia, Dr. Peter Kotlár, at the direction of Prime Minister Mr. Robert Fico, presented the work of Richard M Fleming, PhD, MD, JD and Sona Pekova, MD, PhD, to the Slovakian President Peter Pellegrini and Attorney General Maroš Žilinka.

This presentation provides evidence that

1) The SARS-CoV-2 viruses are not naturally occurring - a Bioweapon by definition,
2) The COVID genetic vaccines contain the mRNA code sequences of this Bioweapon, and
3) Analysis of the Pfizer and Moderna genetic vaccines revealed BOTH
a. mRNA and/
b. DNA – the levels of which cannot be accounted for by mere contamination.
The SARS-CoV-2 biological viral weapon, the encoding of this bioweapon in the genetic vaccines, AND the amount of DNA in the vaccine vials are consistent with INTENTIONAL acts that are Criminal in nature.

On 12 March 2025, Dr. Kotlár submitted a letter to Dr. Fleming to deliver to Secretary of HHS, Mr. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., calling for a meeting between Kennedy, Fleming and Kotlár to address these issues.

On 27 February 2025, Dr. Fleming submitted evidence to U.S. Attorney General Pamela Jo Bondi calling for an investigation. The evidence includes documents, presentations, affidavits, a deposition and other materials attesting to the criminal actions of individuals responsible for the funding, development and ultimate deaths and injuries sustained by both the viruses and genetic vaccines.
To assure that this investigation moves forward, we are asking everyone to submit letters to US AG Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel who will undoubtedly be tasked with investigation of the individuals responsible. These letters will call for transparent accountability for those responsible.
