@WeAreOpenreach You sent an engineer to install my WiFi on Thursday this week. You sent an engineer who wasn’t qualified to do this job. He ensured me that a qualified engineer would come to finish job on Thursday afternoon. An engineer had still not arrived and there is no WiFi
