I would like to never again have to visit Walter Reed Military Hospital and witness young American men and women who had their lives forever changed, with severe permanent body and brain injuries, because of misguided Government foreign policy decisions that have consistently been wrong with lies used to begin the conflict.

So far, this century has seen the deaths of millions of people around the globe and the destruction of nation states, all caused because of reckless leaders and the war profiteers, and the price paid is always by young people and innocent civilians.

The idea that the US could just “drop a big bomb” and it’s all over is naive at best or disingenuous and manipulative at worst.

If over 20 years of “the wars on terror” has proven anything it’s that there is never a guarantee of desired outcome. To the contrary, the war on terror was a disaster followed by a new disaster.
In this new potential incursion, Russia has already signaled that if America bombs Iran, they will not sit idly by. What does that mean?

Iran would most certainly respond to an unprovoked attack and there are plenty of US military bases in the Middle East for them to target. And then what is our response to Iran’s response? And what about the potential for domestic terrorism? The Biden regime let in millions of people, some could easily be terrorists. And how does America react after another terrorist attack?

I am praying for the best possible outcome. And hopefully there can still be a negotiated settlement. But if war comes, there are several factors to keep in mind; America’s stock pile of ammunition is at a dangerously low level, most of it squandered away for our proxy war in Ukraine. America is 37 trillion dollars in debt. The country has no unified sense of purpose like after the terror attacks of 9/11.

Yes, there are real risks if Iran is able to make a nuclear bomb. Not only the direct threat to their stated enemy, Israel, but then the Saudis would most certainly have to obtain nuclear weapons as well. And so the proliferation of nukes in the Middle East will be sure to follow.
