@Sharanyashettyy @Vasudha156 It is, but Central Government have played an indirect role in Government schools through scheme such as Samagra Shiksha, PM-Poshan etc., which forms a substantial funding in every state government budget

@Vasudha156 It will make school rebuilding a people movement, where they will be asking the respective State Government. It will work on the similar lines of Swachchha Bharat Initiative, bringing behaviourial changes. Political pressure would definitely force State Government to work on it
