@currys I've Dm'd you so many times, you always say the same thing "someone will ring you in 72 hours" and it never happens, it's such a huge waste of time.
@currys maybe spend less time making jokes and more time replying to customers? I've been waiting over a month for a call that was meant to be in '72 hours' - really terrible customer service
Update: Do not use @currys. Customer service (Deepak) claims they need 'further investigation' (Ref: 08060744). How do you investigate a refund you already admitted liability for in writing on March 11th? #CustomerService#Currys
Do not use @currys. Still no refund confirmation. I’ve provided my details (Ref: 08060744) to 4 different agents now (agents via phone, web chat, @X and @Trustpilot.) Every time I give my order number, I get ghosted. Is anyone at @currys actually capable of processing a refund?
Provided all details (email, order ref, case ref) in DM as requested. This is the 3rd time I’ve shared this info with @currys. Stop asking for my details and start processing the refund (Ref: 08060744) on Mar 11th. I need the ARN (Transaction ID) today, not more stalling.
Friday night update: Still ghosted by @currys. No callback, no reply to the 'Social Team' email (Ref: CUR70930 / 08060744). Liability was admitted on March 11th. I've now officially logged the dispute with Lloyds Bank. Shocking way to treat customers with a faulty appliance.
@currys@currys Funny you mention waiting. You've got time to post about GTA but zero time to reply to customers. Ref: 08060744. You admitted liability for my faulty dishwasher, promised a refund/callback on Mar 11th, then ghosted. When can I expect my money?
@Currys I have a faulty dishwasher & Ref: 08060744. Your agent admitted liability (see pic) then ghosted me. 2 weeks, no callback, no CEO reply. Why aren't you honoring the Consumer Rights Act? Please resolve this before I'm forced to use Small Claims.
@Currys Faulty Kenwood KDW45W23 (Ref: 08060744). Your team admitted liability/refund due in writing under CRA 2015, but I’ve been ghosted for 2 weeks. CEO office isn't responding to my proof. Do I really need Small Claims Court to get a resolution? #Currys
