Decided to buy a kick-ass subwoofer to pair with my sound bar. But @currys let me down. They cancelled my order for some reason with no explanation. I purchased from Amazon instead, although I was reluctant to do so because of recent delivery problems.

@currys your care and repair plan is not worth the paper it written on. Absolutely diabolical customer service from the store and the tech team that I have called 3 times and got nowhere. #shambolic

Someone @currys Head Office needs to look at traing staff in stores. Why should they not all be aware how customers can pay and why customers aren't being called back having ordered.

How do those who can't access the internet are disabled and need to purchase items .
Many stores will sell over the phone by secure payment procedure. The problem is training staff to know one doesn't need internet

@_Supportnow I've shared with you my email, my number, my partners information, every time you say someone will call but you never call. It's such a huge waste of my time.
@Currys I’ve now been 7 days without a washing machine after my order — advertised as 1‑hour collection — was cancelled without my consent.
My original machine failed and flooded my kitchen. I still have no refund, no update, and no timescale.
