@DFS Ordered a sofa on the phone in August with a 8-9 week delivery period. Was put on priority as pregnant and no sofa .... Have had to call twice asking 'where is it?' To be told still not ready and should be with us before Xmas...Would never have ordered if I knew this. Awful

@WayfairUK waiting on a delivery that should have arrived on Friday ...tracking hasn't been updated. No way to contact you as phone number just cancels and says line busy. No email address to contact anyone and the online agent page has said an agent will be in touch for hours...

Flight cancelled with @flybe to Guernsey due to weather and not heard anything from staff. Travelling with a 5 month old baby ....no help or advice. Literally got led by signs to the airport exit. Currently waiting in a line..no info! Not happy!!!!
