@pmccarepune Day & Night Pune citizens are inhaling cement & dust, including fumes. Construction is at its peak in suburbs and no checks on these construction vehicles plying without covering construction material. Every year the same story.. even getting worse; no one owns Pune’s administration; it’s run by business houses who get benefit from uncontrolled, unlawful. They damage the environment, risk public life & health. Who cares? Keep complaining on deaf ears, and the system which broken by design.

📝 Minutes of Meeting: Hinjawadi IT Park – Divisional Commissioner Office (22nd July 2025)

We extend our gratitude to the Divisional Commissioner, Hon. Collector, PMRDA CEO, PCMC Commissioner, and teams from PMRDA, Metro, NHAI, MIDC for their valuable presence and collaborative effort in addressing on-ground issues of Hinjawadi IT Park.

Key Points Discussed:

🔹 Transit Hub for intercity travel near Balewadi will be surveyed on Thursday to identify suitable land parcels.
➤ Aim: Reduce unauthorized highway stops.

🔹 Mhalunge Road, the backup access route to the IT Park, will be surveyed by MIDC to fix potholes.

🔹 PMRDA's Encroachment Drive is appreciated and will continue until all roads in IT Park are widened.

🔹 Wipro Circle to Marunji Road will be converted to tar surface within a week.

🔹 Kasarsai Road Work to be reinitiated shortly.

🔹 NHAI is instructed to fix potholes along the service road. ➤ Objection raised on their plan to build narrow box subways – request made for larger, functional underpasses.

🔹 Another visit by officials scheduled for this weekend to verify actual ground-level progress. ➤ Employees encouraged to verify work status and report realities.

🔹 Issue Reporting Protocol: All complaints must include photos with geo-tagging, as requested by the Divisional Commissioner.

🔹 AI-Based Traffic Management was suggested by the Collector for Phase 2 & 3.

🔹 Status of Atlanta to TipTop Road was raised; update awaited from PCMC Commissioner.

🔹 Surya Hospital to Kaspate Wasti Road is being actively followed up by Hon. MLA Shankar Jagtap.

🔹 Surveillance Vans to be deployed by MIDC & PMRDA to monitor and prevent encroachments.

🔹 Proposal to discuss pedestrian underpasses or walkways across highways.

🔹 Croma Metro Staircase plan has been cancelled.
➤ PMRDA has acquired additional land to realign stairs with the metro station.

🔹 Buildings opposite MCD Phase 2, where waterlogging occurred, need to allow flow of natural drainage (nallas).

🔹 The entrance road to IT Park from NH-48 (first 100-200 meters) is in poor condition – MIDC assigned to repair it.

These meetings are becoming effective platforms for IT employees to voice ground realities, ensuring timely action.
Such interactions serve as eye-openers for authorities and foster transparent collaboration across departments.

IT guys , MIDC , PMRDA , grampanchayat , media , local guys , MLA all were present today at Hinjawadi ITpark for water logging issue .
We have given our inputs to NDTV & BBC .
MIDC has assured of cleaning the drains but this still needs lot of proper drains & more followups.
