Due to UK lockdown, 129C have taken the decision to suspend all chartered taxi services to the public from 23:00 today (Tues). As part of a collaboration with @OLRailUK, taxis can only be requested by key workers, in particular NHS staff. ID will be requested by drivers. Thanks.
COVID-19 update: From tomorrow 129C will be running a reduced service and there will be a limit of 3 passengers per vehicle. Sanitiser continues to be provided in each vehicle. Drivers have the right to eject customers from the vehicle if they present symptoms.
Due to the Coronavirus threat increasing in the UK, 129C are continuing the monitor the situation. We will be providing complimentary sanitiser in vehicles from tomorrow & our next step in the coming weeks may see reduction in services & passenger number restrictions per vehicle.
Successful first day for 129C Chartered Taxis. We received positive feedback from customers & drivers. We unfortunately had one incident of signage tampering which we take seriously & the customer will be dealt with. We look forward to continuing high levels of service.
